I think the furniture actually got here before your email! Steve arrived about 11:20 - he must have folding wings on his van. 
We unloaded and he helped us get everything put together and set in place, all in about 20 minutes, then off he flew, in the direction of Chipping Norton I think he said.

We are absolutely delighted with the sofa and chairs, as you probably knew we would be.
They are completely as new, and show no signs of use at all.

It is always a bit scary buying goods at a distance, sight unseen, from a total stranger, but this has been a really smooth and straightforward experience. Clearly, you (and Steve) are most definitely on our list of "the good guys" and we may well be future customers in the future. Certainly, we would be totally comfortable recommending you to family and friends.
